Marley: To be honest, I have actually started to get more mature roles. Before I got the ink, I was always that teeny bopper girl type of scene. CJ: @Mr_DamianKarras asked, you’re on a hiatus now. How come and when are you coming back?

Marley: At the moment, I just finished up a couple of really hard months of working. I did my first DP, my first IR anal, so I just pretty much went home and took a nice long break. Eva Lovia Talks with Captain Jack

Captain Jack: You have a big showcase with Tushy coming up, how did that come about?

Eva Lovia: It was actually right when I left my Digital Playground contract. As soon as he found out I was going to be a free agent, we got in touch. I don’t know if you’re aware of it but I was originally supposed to shoot my showcase for Digital and that fell through for a bunch of reasons. So I still wanted to do it and I felt like everything happens for a reason. Sofie: I would like to do another full Ironman. The first one, my goal was to just finish. I would like to have a goal. We have not done one since but we did 2 or 3 halves and a couple marathons.

Natasha Nice Talks with Captain Jack

Natasha Nice came back to the industry late in 2016 after a 4-year hiatus. She is still peaking in popularity and is a great performer. Natasha Nice: I was gone for a while so coming back I just had to figure out how the industry works now. It’s a new environment, a new setting. So I guess the negatives is that I’m learning again what it’s like and how it works.

CJ: How boring was life when you weren’t in the industry?

Natasha: I don’t know that I thought it was boring. It was definitely not as exciting as porn. It was scholastic; pen and paper and reading and structure. But the material was interesting. It was just a different side of me.

CJ: When I first talked to you 19 months ago, you were halfway done with your degree. How are you progressing?

Natasha: I took a year off to shoot. This is my first semester back since then so I’m still about a year and a half away.

CJ: Are people recognizing you at school?

Natasha: Some people recognize me a little bit more just out and about. Like I got recognized at Subway the other day. I think if I had more makeup on, I would get recognized more. Maybe I should test it.

CJ: You have your first showcase movie coming out, Naughty Natasha. How did that come about?

Natasha: I saw that Elegant was promoting on Twitter, ‘Who should be the next Titwoman?’ And I was like, ‘How about me? When I first had the opportunity to talk to Lana, she hadn’t even really shot her first official porn scene yet! Since then, she has exploded and is arguably the biggest star in the industry! CJ: Your Lana Rhoades Unleashed is about to be released. How did that come about?

Lana: There are a few girls in the industry that are booked really far out and I’m one of them. Me and Mason started discussing the showcase only a few months after I finished the showcase with Greg Lansky for Tushy. It was in plans for a long time. CJ: You are absolutely gorgeous, did you get a lot of attention from guys back in high school?

Angela White Talks with Captain Jack

2017 has officially been renamed the year of Angela White. This Aussie vixen has been incredible from before the first of the year and she hasn’t slowed down yet! When I reviewed Angela Loves Anal in early September, I called it the release of the year. I was premature in my jocularity. Captain Jack: You had an epic scene with Manuel. As someone who watches a lot of porn, I thought it was great. It was passionate and raw which you don’t see every day. All the critics loved it. Have you gotten feedback from your fans?

Angela White: I’ve had a little bit so far and it’s been amazing. It’s a very different scene; it’s very much focused on the emotional and not focused on the physical. We don’t really even open up to the camera. It’s very much about the connection between the two of us. So far, fans have loved it. It’s in stores now and on sale online and I’m going to be getting more and more feedback as the weeks go on.

CJ: You actually cried after the scene and you said you never had an emotional connection like that. How did it happen?

Angela: I think the why is because I really wanted to be completely open and honest. I wanted to bare it all in that scene and I couldn’t think of anybody better to do that with than Manuel. Obviously, Manuel and I have had an amazing connection from the very beginning. When we first started shooting with each other, our chemistry has always been incredible. It’s always been intense, it’s really deep and raw. When it comes to a scene like my first creampie, which, to me, is a very, very, very intimate act. I was always going to choose somebody who I had a special connection with and Manuel and I do have a really intense and amazing chemistry. So I think that the fact that we have that connection and, emotionally, I was ready to bare it all and just fuck him like we would fuck without the cameras. There were some other things that I also think contributed to it like I decided we weren’t going to do sex stills. And the reason I decided that was I didn’t want to break or stop the chemistry. I couldn’t stop thinking about the experience. I couldn’t stop thinking about Manuel….everything about it was just so perfect to me. It touched me so deeply. There are a lot of other scenes where you have a lot of fun on set. But that’s it, it’s fun. You can still connect with a person where you have real orgasms and real chemistry but, at the end of it, you think about it like a one night stand. You don’t obsess over it, you just think it was great. This was so different because it wasn’t a one night stand, I had such a deep, emotional connection to that and it was fucking amazing.

CJ: Was the creampie planned out before or did it just happen?

Angela: That was planned out beforehand. For me, with an act like that, I do need to plan it out because there are increased risks. When it came to the creampie, because it’s an intimate act to me, I didn’t want it filmed in a way that was crass or vulgar or explicit. After that, I don’t have to think about booking a location; I don’t have to think about makeup artists; I don’t have to think about choosing wardrobe; I don’t have to think about writing any checks. There’s so much to think about when you create your own showcase or your own movie that you don’t have to think about when you’re just being a performer. For me, when I shoot my own showcases, they are so much more work than shooting for other companies. The list is endless. Pre-production which includes scouting locations, booking locations, booking all crew and finding dates where all the crew and the makeup artists and the talent are all available on the same day; it’s coordinating and buying wardrobe for the female talent that’s good for both of our body types and there’s deciding on makeup, once I’m on location, deciding where I’m going to set up, how I want the scene to play out. And then there’s the scene itself which takes a lot of energy to do the scene itself. Then there’s the post-production which is where I do all the editing, all the teases, all the scenes, all the trailers and then there’s the boxcover and the DVD authorings. There’s so much that goes into the production of a movie and particularly the showcases where I’m trying to showcase my work as both a performer and a director. It’s an incredible amount of work that goes into it.

CJ: Let’s give you crew some love too, starting with Chris Streams who runs the camera.

Angela: Chris is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have created Angela Volume 3 without him. He’s just been incredible. I have Tony Flush as my production manager. Makeup by Rosalinda. She does an amazing job. I think makeup artists don’t always get the credit they deserve. Not only do they make the girls look beautiful on the outside but they help with having the girl feel confident enough to bare all. Makeup artists are incredibly important because if you don’t feel gorgeous, it’s hard to translate that on-screen. You’re getting naked and want to express your sexuality and want to show the world what you’ve got and if you’re not feeling absolutely fierce and gorgeous, that makes a difference. Lio was my production assistant and he was incredible. Another job that doesn’t get much love but we couldn’t shoot without PA’s. It’s incredible how much work they do on-set and help keep things rolling like getting waters when people are exhausted and stuff like that. Even moving on to Girlfriends Films who are my distributors, they’ve been amazing, helping with the distribution of my DVD’s. There are so many people that help the production and help the movie get out there.

CJ: You’ve been in LA for about a year now, how is that going for you?

Angela: It’s great, I love it here! It’s just incredible being able to shoot as much as I do now. Being able to be part of the community and really make amazing friendships since I’ve been over here. Mark Spiegler has just been amazing. He’s an amazing agent, he’s an amazing friend, he’s so generous. He’s just been incredible. Everybody loves him! Everybody loves Mark!

CJ: You also have another big movie coming up, Angela White is Titwoman. Tell me about that one.

Angela: That has my first gloryhole scene in it so that was kind of exciting! And especially given that Dreadneck, who directed it, created that whole set for me. CJ: You have a chance to join Asa Akira as the only hostess who has won Performer of the Year! Have you thought about that at all?

Angela: I have to get nominated first. (laughs) It’s already such a huge honor to host and to even be in the conversation is incredible.

CJ: You’ve had an incredible year. 5 showcase movies. Shooting for every company under the sun. You are just an incredible performer. What’s coming up for Angela White?

Angela: I’m already booked until the end of the year and have so many cool shoots coming up with other companies. Obviously, I’m going to work on some movies of my own. I haven’t decided what I’m going to work on first but I definitely put it out there that I want to do another Angela Loves Women. I don’t know if that’ll be the next one. It might by Angela Loves Gonzo but also, the popularity of Angela Loves Anal gets me thinking that I should do another anal movie. (laughs) I’m definitely going to be shooting many, many more scenes for other companies and I will be producing more DVDs for my company, AGW Entertainment, but which one’s coming next, I haven’t even decided yet.

Lauren Phillips Talks with Captain Jack

Lauren has been in the industry for about 4 years now and she’s a very outgoing woman! She’s not afraid to share her opinions or answer a question. We had a very fun and wide ranging interview and I hope you find her as engaging as I did!

Captain Jack: Tell me about Lauren Phillips.

Lauren Phillips: I grew up in New Jersey, near Atlantic City. I was born and raised there and lived there for about 20 years. I’m a true Jersey Girl at heart, always and forever. Before I was in porn, I was a professional dancer. I have a degree in dance from Rutgers University. I was also a dance teacher and a nanny before I got into porn.

CJ: How old are you?

Lauren: I am turning 30 this year.

CJ: How long have you been in the industry?

Lauren: I started as a cam model and now cam models are way more into porn than anything now. So I’ve been in the industry about 4 years.

CJ: You have a great set of tits, what size are they?

Lauren: They are 36 double D’s.

CJ: When did they start growing?

Lauren: I’ve had tits since I was in middle school. I’ve literally never had a training bra. When I was younger, my body matured really fast. I was in middle school. It’d be inappropriate to give a grade since I was so young. (laughs) I was always the tallest person in my class and my body matured a little bit faster than me. I was maturing right away, my body was, and I was in this awkward stage. I was ahead of everybody in my class when it came to puberty. Once I got to high school, it was different. I was a dancer and I was with dance the way I am with my career now, I’m obsessed with it. I had boyfriends and had boys paying attention. At the time, I found girls attractive but I was never with one.

CJ: Were you with any girls before porn?

Lauren: Yes. I had sex with one because I was swinging before porn.

CJ: When did you lose your virginity?

Lauren: I was between 13 and 14.

CJ: Is there a good story behind it?

Lauren: It was with my first love. We were together for 3 ½ years. I had met him when I was in the 8th grade and we were together until I was a sophomore in high school. It was actually really sweet. I can’t say too much. We had already been sexually active like he fingered me and I would suck his dick. We used to play this game where we would throw the covers on top of each other to be “invisible”. And one day, in his invisibleness, turned into having sex on his parent’s couch. He was super gentle. Lauren: The first time I was with a girl was my deciding decision to get into porn actually. I had been dancing for a while and I was very open sexually during my entire adulthood and pre-adulthood. I was a professional dancer and I was in college and everyone would come to talk to me about sex. People were very comfortable with me. When I was dancing, I had achieved my goal and I needed another goal in life….another dream. My dance friend, which I’m still friends with, said that I’d be good as a porn star. I had never thought of that before. In my mind, I guess I didn’t have the confidence enough to believe I could do porn. I was always really attracted to girls and, being a dancer, I went through a lot of body image problems. My deciding moment was when I did some research and I wanted to see if I could have sex in front of people and with people, in general. So I went to a swinger’s club in Atlantic City called Role Play Lounge. It’s still there and I still go there every once in a while. People there are super nice and being a unicorn, which I was, they gave me the rules and stuff like that. They had these bracelets that were a different color. Lauren: I think I got pretty lucky. My first scene was with Reality Kings in Miami. It’s called Mouth To Balls. I was extremely flexible and I told the male talent that it was my first scene and he was super sweet and super nice. And he gave me the breakdown and what to do and how it all goes. It was one of the best experiences ever. I look back on that scene and think, ‘Wow!’

CJ: How did you come up with your stage name?

Lauren: It’s funny, a lot of people think it’s a typical porn name but it’s a play on words. I came up with Lauren from one of my best friends. We lost connection but we were best friends since the first grade. We’ve recently just connected again. She was a big part of my life. Phillips is because I just like to be filled up, it’s a play on words.

CJ: What’s your favorite position?

Lauren: My favorite position is missionary with my feet pinned behind my head because it gets really deep. I like it deep. Lauren: My anal preparation now that I know that coffee is a diuretic, is I stop eating the night before. My last meal is 7-8pm then I do an enema with saline. Then I do a shower enema. I wake up in the morning and drink lots of water than I’ll do one or two more enemas depending on if I took an anti-diuretic. That’s usually my preparation. CJ: What kind of music do you like?

Lauren: I like all times. It just depends on the mood I’m in. I go through genres. I’ll listen to one thing for a month then switch to something else. I can listen to heavy metal like Marilyn Manson or System Of A Down to 90s Alternative like Nirvana and then I’ll switch to 60s and listen to the Beatles. Since I’m a dancer and I would listen to so much music. When I was younger, I would take 10 dance classes a week. Tap, ballet, jazz, Irish and I would do specialties. I was very much indulged with the dance lifestyle.

CJ: Do you have any favorite movies?

Lauren: My favorite movie of all time is Ever After with Drew Barrymore. I was obsessed with that movie. I had it on VHS first and I watched it so much that the tape broke. Then I bought the DVD and now I have the book.

CJ: What’s your favorite TV shows?

Lauren: I have several that I love. Right now I’m on a kick for American Horror Story, that’s one of my favorites. I’m very big in horror. I also like Grey’s Anatomy and the Mick.

CJ: What’s your favorite food?

Lauren: Anything Italian.

CJ: What’s the kinkiest thing you’ve ever done?

Lauren: It’s so hard to answer because I’m not sure what kinky is anymore! I’ve had sex on a staircase, I’ve had sex on a bicycle, I’ve had sex on a car. Twice. Some people think piledriver is pretty kinky. I don’t know what’s considered kinky anymore because everyone has their own definition.

Porn Director Bree Mills Talks Pure Taboo with Captain Jack

Bree Mills is the perverted mind behind Girlsway and PrettyDirty.com. She has a lot of stories that bring you in with some depraved fantasy and she makes it come to life! Her latest venture is PureTaboo.com. This gives her an opportunity to let her mind go to work with different storylines and let our minds wander. After all, this is entertainment, adult entertainment, so why not go for it? I recently had the chance to talk with Bree to discuss her new venture.

CJ: Tell me about Pure Taboo.

Bree: Pure Taboo is a project I’ve been working on for the better part of the last year. We ran a series called Pretty Dirty for a while. It’s something that I produced and I had a team that was directing it and putting it together. One of the things I realized in doing that project was that it wasn’t quite where I wanted to take the taboo genre. So we actually retired it last year and stepped in to start the Pure Taboo line. What I wanted to do is effectively take the way taboo is so often dealt with in adult, which is more or less like a comedy or a light hearted approach to dealing with taboo subjects, mostly as a way to make them digestible because oftentimes they have a dark or more controversial undertones. I understand why our industry does that but I wanted to challenge that. I especially feel that in today’s day and age, the quality of adult series has risen so much that It’s so close to mainstream entertainment. There are so many lines that are blurred and I wanted to push a project forward that would take taboo seriously. It would look at the subject matter from a more dramatic tone. So, essentially, I wanted to create the Law & Order of porn. We did some early tests which was mainly to give us an idea of how to steer the content. We used those early tests to create a new business image and it’s guided us ever since. We launched the site in September and the first DVD is hitting the shelves this month. She Is Half His Age was the first feature to launch. They are essentially one hour long episodes that tackle different taboo subjects which tackle everything from the faux-cest stuff to the corrupted teen stories and taboos related to different sex acts. Pretty much nothing is off limits. I try to make sure that each episode has multiple layers going on. What has emerged from this experience is that the project has quickly become a showcase for models doing dramatic work. It offers a platform for an adult performer to come in and do roles that they are never really given or given an opportunity to do infrequently. We are able to pull these amazing performances out of performers and showcase their abilities to do serious acting. The entire approach I take with models is I’m very much an actor’s director. I work with them to take the improv scripts that I do and bring them to life by doing adlibs and tweaking and fleshing out the characters, very much like a play. I’m very, very proud of the quality of the performances that have come out, not only the sex performances but also the character development and the acting. We couple that with the hyper-realist cinematography style we have that leads a lot of our audience wondering “am what I’m watching really happening?’ because it feels so real.

CJ: So Pretty Dirty is no longer?

Bree: We stopped producing new scenes for that line last spring. The site is still available as bonus, archived content with the new Pretty Dirty website and there are still DVD’s being produced under that old label.

CJ: Getting back to Pure Taboo, do you have readings for the roles or do you pretty much have an actress in mind and have her come in to play the part?

Bree: One of the things that we are very specific about with this series is the casting. How I like to work is, most of our episodes feature a character, a younger, female character, 18-22 type of age range. I do tend to focus on performers that fall into that category but I do have a target list of who I want to work with based on what I’ve seen them do in the past. Also, what their personalities are like, just getting a gage of where I want to challenge them. When I bring them onto the set and work with them and we’ve had a good experience, then they’ll become a part of our cast. A lot of the Pure Taboo cast are people who come back and do different characters. For some examples, Kristen Scott is somebody I’ve worked with on Girlsway and I knew she was a good actress and a good performer to work with in my style of directing. She loved it and responds very well to my direction. So I knew in launching Pure Taboo that she is somebody that I would want to bring on and I’ve shot her in 3 or 4 scenes at this point. She does an amazing job. Jill Kassidy is another one who I discovered. I knew she was rising within the industry, I started to hear her name a lot, started to see her shoot with a lot of companies, and she had a strong sexual performance and energy to her. I had no idea about her acting but I brought her on and really liked working with her. I’ve shot her 3 or 4 times as well. That is the case with quite a few actors. Once you’re in my rolodex, you’re part of the cast.

CJ: Instead of using ‘steps’ are any characters going to be family members? I think it’s time to remake Taboo from the 80s!

Bree: There are certain restrictions that I do have to respect. There are certain layers of compliance you have to respect when it comes to controversial subject matters, especially incest stuff. I have to respect the banks and what they have to say because they might shut it down. The way we approach family relation stories is we will establish in the story before any sex starts that it is not an actual blood relation. I get what I need to do for compliance which is one or two mentions but it isn’t ‘stepdad’, ‘stepdad’, ‘stepdad’ all throughout the scene. I just do what I need to do to preserve the fantasy but don’t highlight it. We still have to clarify that it is faux-cest vs. real incest but I try to do it in a way that is within the natural dialogue so that it isn’t forced or force-fed for those fans. We do what we need to do but we don’t overdo it. I spend a lot of time producing taboo content so I have a pretty good feel on the types of things that the fanbase is interested in. For example, they like to know a little bit about backstory. They like to fantasize about a character who has a relationship going on for a long time. They like the history. So I try to take the movie’s cues and incorporate them into the dialogue so that you can tell a lot and you can get the backstory without even mentioning the dad/daughter thing through the conversation. So I like to tackle it that way whenever I’m writing or working with the actors.

CJ: So you write all the stories yourself?

Bree: How it works with Pure Taboo is I write all the episodes, I co-direct all the episodes with Craven Morehead, who’s my creative partner in the project and he’s a long-time producer/director, and we have a real close knit crew as well. It’s very much a selective approach to bringing this to life so everyone from our cameramen to our PA’s, we all come up with storylines. We’re very much a collective in how we approach it and very much a team effort. With Girlsway, we create an entire volume of content because we do 5 updates a week now. Our scenes for that site are a combination of stuff that we crowd source. 50% of the stories, we get directly from our members. And then Alan and I usually divvy up the remaining writing tasks. And we have a very solid team behind us as well who identifies good trends and all that stuff.

CJ: Is Pure Taboo going to take you away from Girlsway at all?

Bree: I run Gamma Films, which is our production company, and we produce well over 100 scenes a month. People usually just associate me with Girlsway because I was more on the front end in terms of building that brand. But I’ve been producing a lot of other stuff for a long time. With Girlsway, it’s gotten to a point where it grew and it’s a success, which is amazing, where I have Stills by Alan who’s an exclusive contract director, and he spearheads a lot of the Girlsway projects now. He’s our main director for the site, apart of where he and I co-direct stuff, it’s really his show in terms of bringing the content to life. He’s very involved with our fans and he is a large part of a whole team we have working on that site. That allows me to give the time and energy into building a new project. That’s kind of what I do; I create something, build it up to a point, get a team that can run it and then I look at the next thing. With Girlsway, I’m there but I don’t have to be quite as hands on as I used to and it allows me to come in and be really hands on with Pure Taboo which is our new little baby.

CJ: How long does it take to film a typical movie?

Bree: We shoot mostly standalone episodes, about one hour episodes, and I try to structure them the same way a television should would be structured. Each production is a day. We’ll take a day to work out each episode. I’ve done one feature so far which is a 3-part feature. Within the 3 parts, there were 6 sex scenes so it’s kind of like a regular big feature and I believe we shot that over 5 or 6 days.

CJ: What else is coming up on Pure Taboo? What can the fans look forward to?

Bree: Some exciting stuff! We have a great lineup of episodes coming up before the end of the year featuring some of the biggest stars in the industry. One of the great things about working on this is within the industry itself, it is really building a reputation of being a place for models who want to showcase their acting so we’ve been able to get great names tied in to our episodes. Angela White has done an episode. Adriana Chechik has had a couple of episodes. Piper Perri is one of my favorites and she’s been great. Jill Kassidy, as I mentioned before. And really strong male actors as well because that’s an equal part of the equation. I’ve been fortunate to have a really good cast of male talents. Small Hands, I love to work with. Xander Corvus, of course. Mick Blue, we’ve shot him and we’re shooting him again. Over the rest of this year, we have these big names coming out but I also like to offer opportunities for up-and-coming talent who are interested to also show early on in their careers some of their acting chops. Kenzie Reeves, is a performer who I recently shot and was very pleased with. Cadey Mercury is another one who I really felt put in a strong performance. Aubrey Sinclaire I shot like three or four scenes at this point. It’s a good mix of well-established, higher profile A-listers and also some of the most talented up-and-coming performers. We’ve also just hired Joanna Angel, a well known director and producer and performer, to come and do a guest directing gig for us. One of my visions for Pure Taboo in the long run is to really open up the site and series to not just feature the work that I do but also to showcase the work of other high profile producers who are interested in tackling this medium. Joanna has written a script, obviously with a taboo subject, and direct it with our crew and Craven and I are going to be producers on the project. So it’s all going to be the Pure Taboo style but it’s going to be Joanna’s take on it. And that’s going to come out in early spring next year. And then I’m looking forward to hopefully opening the door for other producers to take this approach. Again, I’m trying to emulate as much as possible what you see happening in mainstream entertainment because I feel like I want to bridge these gaps. There are shows out there that have a clear-cut vision and style but then you have directors come in and give their spins on them. That’s really what I want Pure Taboo to eventually be. I think it would be really interesting.

CJ: This sounds like a really great project!

Bree: I think the most important thing that I want to get out is that there is so much talent in our industry when it comes to the acting side of our work that it falls under many of the same stigmas as other aspects of adult. People think adult work doesn’t matter or they’re mattress actresses or it’s not really worth it but I’m so incredibly proud in what we’ve been able to showcase. I really want to try and use this project to showcase the talent of these young women especially. To show this other side of their careers which is really worth exploring and interesting in addition to sex performances and how they look and all that stuff. I think the power of acting in adult, if I can put out any manifesto, is to have people who are fan of their actresses to see them in a way they have never, ever seen them before. Not to just crush on them and find them attractive and enjoy their sex performances but also to say, ‘She did a really good job! I’m really interested in watching that content!’ We’ve seen so much positive response to the project so far, the more I can get that word out, the better. Especially if catches the eye of other performers, then I’ll be really happy.

CJ: How can they follow what’s coming up?

Bree: We’ll be releasing 1—2 DVD’s a month under Pulse Distribution, they’ll be 2 episodes per disk. Twitter is the best way to follow and keep abreast. Kate England Talks with Captain Jack

I won’t even kid anyone, Kate is one of my favorite adult stars, there is no doubt about it. The pretty blonde with the perfect body is flawless, in my opinion! We had a wide ranging talk and there are some interesting nuggets in here!

Captain Jack: OK, everyone, including myself, was fascinated how you lost your virginity when you were 15. It was anal. So when did you officially lose your virginity?

Kate England: It was not too long after the anal story.

Kate: It’s been a brainstorm for 2 years now. It was supposed to be done a year ago. I have all the content and everything, I just don’t have the site yet. If you go out on your own, how everyone else makes their websites that aren’t for porn, you’re going to spending a lot of money and it’s going to be a lot of work. But then if you go through people that can help you and understands the industry, then you’re looking at losing over 40% of your earnings to these people. Just for them to host the site and bring in traffic and all that. I’m trying to avoid giving someone so big of a cut but I’m also trying to avoid handling it all on my own. I’m searching for a good platform. I have a couple things in mind.

CJ: You said last time that you really want to work with Abigail Mac. Is that going to be the first scene you film?

Kate: I hope so, eventually, yes! I finally did get to work with her though, which was a dream come true. It was for Girlsway, close to the last scene I’ve done for them most recently was Abigail Mac, myself and Tegan James. It was hot!

CJ: You worked at a strip club when you were younger. Are you ever going to get on the feature dance circuit?

Kate: I’ve been trying to actually! I’ve asked a couple people who tried hooking me up with it. We talked at a couple events and then nothing came out of it. I also probably haven’t been looking as hard as I should have. I should be trying to hit up people myself instead of having people do it for me. (laughs) I would love to start feature dancing! CJ: One of my favorite scenes of this year was your first DP for Mason and HardX. Tell me about that scene.

Kate: I was a little nervous, to be honest with you. I had never done a DP even with toys! It was going to be a brand new, legitimate experience for me. CJ: Everytime you come back to Florida after shooting in LA, do all your girlfriends ask you to give them all the dirty little details?

Kate: Not really, no. If anyone really talks about it, it’s usually me. If something insane happens, I’ll bring it up. My friends always tell me that I’ve ruined porn for them.

CJ: You had a recent Q&A with fans on Twitter, you said you liked golden showers. Giving or receiving?

Kate: The worst part isn’t even in the industry. It’s outside the industry. When I first started, obviously I knew that not anyone would accept it. At the beginning, I felt like I had to hide it and then I realized, it just shows you who your real friends are. It shows you who is real around you. I lost a lot of friends but now I know the friends I have are real, true friends. Relationships, of course, are basically impossible if you want to try and date someone outside the industry. They can say it’s all good but, a few months later, it’s hard. It’s never worked out for me.

CJ: I heard you race cars as a hobby?

Kate: I race other people’s cars. It’s my car that I take to the drag strip. I’ll do organized straight racing and stuff like that. I’ve been building a car, very slowly, for the past 2 ½ years now. Basically, most of the money I’ve made in porn has gone to my car. (laughs)
