Amber is a sexy redhead who just celebrated her first year in porn. I interviewed her when she first started so it was time to check in and see what she was up to. We talked about a lot of things but mostly how Amber has grown over the past year. 
Captain Jack: When I first talked to you, you had only been in the industry for 3 months. How have things gone in the past year?
Amber Stark: It’s going really great! I’ve done a lot of cool things. I’ve had a lot of great experiences and met so many cool people. I can not be happier.
CJ: For fans that are new to you, what are some of your favorite scenes that you could recommend?
Amber: Obviously my first scene with Net Video Girls, that’s a good place to start. And then other ones, I really like my first Nubile Films scene I did with Princess Cum. And I also really enjoy my Wanks VR scenes.
CJ: Are there any performers or directors you would love to work with that you haven’t had a chance to yet?
Amber: I’d really to work with Electra Rayne, she seems awesome. And Alex Coal. I’ve had some great conversations with them on Twitter but I have not had a chance to work with them yet.
CJ: You were very shy and basically new to sex, is there anything you have learned about yourself sexually since you joined the industry?
Amber: I’m actually more dominant than I thought I was when it comes to girls. When it comes to girls, sexually. I did not know I was as dominant as I am. Over the course of the past year, I’ve really opened up to being able to take more control when it comes to sex with women. That’s really helped my confidence as well.
CJ: Have you ever had a mind-blowing orgasm that you forgot the camera was even there?
Amber: I think it’s happened once or twice, sure. But, usually with the cameras there, it’s hard for me to get lost in the moment. But over the course of the year, it definitely happens.

CJ: When you’re with a woman, do you like it to be just the two of you or do you like toys involved?
Amber: With sex with anybody, I like it when toys are involved just because foreplay helps me relax a little bit, especially with toys. With women specifically, I don’t think it matters. On their, own, I think they do a perfectly great job but toys are an added bonus. (laughs)

CJ: As I said before, you were shy when you first got into the industry. When you started shooting and a director would tell you to spread your pussy open or something like that, did that take you a while to get used to?
Amber: It definitely took me some time. It took a couple of months at least to really get comfortable. I had a few today and I didn’t know any of the directors, I hadn’t met them yet, and I was still pretty comfortable with being naked around them and running around and spreading my pussy so there’s definitely been a change.
CJ: What do you like best about the industry?
Amber: Probably just all the people I get to meet. Everybody I get to interact with and just the fact that I’m creating hot content for a bunch of people and they’re watching and that helps get me off too. There are a lot of things about porn that I love but those are probably the biggest ones.
CJ: What do you like the least?
Amber: Probably just the fact that because I live in Arizona instead of Vegas or LA, I don’t have as many opportunities to do as many bookings as I would like to right now. I don’t mind doing it but I’m sure if companies have a local girl, they would rather book with her because it’s immediate.
CJ: Who are your best friends in the industry?
Amber: To be honest, I don’t hang out with anyone in the industry just because I live in Phoenix and I go to college so I don’t have a lot of time to travel. When I do, it’s with Scarlett Skies because she used to live in Phoenix as well. She was there for my first threesome and she guided towards becoming more open.
CJ: When you get together with friends that you knew before porn, are they in awe of what you’re doing or do they not talk about it at all?
Amber: Most of my friends are just in awe. I have a lot of people that I went to high school with that were the “popular” kids and they’ve reached out to me and they say, ‘You’re so hot now! You do porn! That’s crazy!’ I’ve changed a lot since high school and most of them can’t even believe that I do it.
CJ: As a young girl doing porn, do you find it hard to date?
Amber: Oh yeah. I think dating is one of those things that I like least about the industry. Every time I try to go on dates that don’t know I do porn, when I tell them, they’re like, ‘Sorry, I don’t think that’s a relationship I’d be interested in having.’ And I totally get those boundaries, it’s just really hard because if I like somebody and they like me, they just don’t like that I do porn. Well, I’m not going to stop doing it for you so either get over it or we’re not going to be together and usually it’s the latter.
CJ: It also must be tough because if you’re with a guy and he finds out you do porn, you have to determine if he likes you for you or if he just likes the thought of being with Amber Stark.
Amber: Oh yeah. I actually am going through something like that right now. There’s a lot of dating drama in my life!
