Pristine Edge Talks with Captain Jack
Pristine has been in the industry for a while now and I’m amazed that this is the first time we’ve chatted! She is a beautiful woman who always puts in a sexy performance and I have long admired her! We finally got a chance to talk recently and Pristine is just an outstanding woman! Enjoy!
Captain Jack: Tell me about Pristine Edge.
Pristine Edge: I love learning. I am very family orientated. I love any opportunity to travel that I can take. I think family is a big drive and motivator.
CJ: How long have you been shooting now?
Pristine: I’ve always worked in the sex/entertainment industry so I started dancing at 20, maybe even late 19. I was dancing then got into webcamming around 25 and then got into porn in late 2014 and have been in and out ever since then.
CJ: Were you a very sexual person before you joined the industry?
Pristine: I think so. I’m definitely more shy in my personal life when it comes to sex. I like it to be more intimate and I have to feel a connection and closeness in my real life.
CJ: Did you experiment with girls before porn?
Pristine: No. My first girl/girl experience was in porn. Even though it was my first experience and I was absolutely terrified, I did ok I think. (laughs)
CJ: You’ve never been with a girl before, did you know what to do?
Pristine: I feel like I projected. I thought, ‘I like this’ so I’m going to do this to a girl. That’s what I would enjoy!
CJ: Do you find it advantageous entering the industry at a later date as opposed to when you were 18?
Pristine: This question kind of softens me up and I wish that I never pursued it this way. I always felt that 27 was very old to get into porn. And I wish that I didn’t think that because if I hadn’t had that perception going on, I would have tossed myself in full force. But I always had it in the back of my head, ‘oh, you’re starting kind of late’ so you don’t have that advantage. I wish I could change that perception because now I see girls that are 27 and they’re killing it. I’m like, ‘Damn, girl. Get it!’ because you’re in your prime. 27 is actually the prime, it’s not too late to start. That’s when you know your body and you’ve explored sexually enough to understand what sex is about. 27 is the perfect age to start, in my opinion.
CJ: You started out as Jane Doux and now you’re Pristine Edge, how did you come up with your stage name?
Pristine: Actually, I started out as Pristine Edge and if you want to go back further, I started out as Miss Pres webcamming. Then I was Pristine Edge and I changed to Jane Doux for a short bit. I was being a smart-ass towards a company that refused to put Pristine Edge on the cover. I literally said I don’t care what name gets put on the box cover, you can put Jane Doux for all I care. I took a break shortly after I said that and I came back as Jane Doux. But companies were not honoring my name change, they were still calling me Pristine Edge and some companies were honoring it so my work was everywhere and I stuck with Pristine Edge.
CJ: So, what was your first boy/girl scene like? You were sexually experienced but it’s different with all these people around. Were you intimidated? Nervous? Turned on?
Pristine: There was a confidence barrier I had to break. (laughs) I was kind of shy for my first one, I got through it, and after my first week, I was pretty scared and shy. But I always loved being in front of the camera. I used to be in theatre and school and my friends and I would make little videos that we never did anything with. So, I always loved the camera!
CJ: What’s your favorite position?
Pristine: Missionary! Because I’m lazy! (laughs)
CJ: For fans that are new to you, what are some of your favorite scenes that you could recommend?
Pristine: Right now, currently, I’m loving the stuff that I’m creating myself because I’m actually putting my own personality into it. I’m choosing the topics and the scenarios and I’m creating what I want my porn to look like. But if I were to choose a movie from a company, I love the Adam and Eve horror film, Final Girl. That’s my favorite one right now.
CJ: Who are some of your favorite performers and directors?
Pristine: There are so many! I love working for Andre Madness, Dean Capture, Mason with Hard X, Jacky St. James with Sweet Sinner and James Avalon.
CJ: Do you prefer working with the younger people of the industry or people more your age or older?
Pristine: I like working with women my age above all else. And maybe even older women. I like the younger ones too but I feel the older ones know a little bit more about what they’re doing. Things go a little smoother. And there’s a little bit more intimacy. Genuine intimacy.
CJ: Does that go for men too?
Pristine: Yes.
CJ: What do you like sexually? What gets Pristine wet?
Pristine: Kissing really turns me on. Especially when I’m filming. I love the look of a lot of kissing in videos so whenever I have that, it turns me on.
CJ: Are you submissive or dominant?
Pristine: I used to be submissive but I’m definitely more dominant now.

CJ: Did you watch porn before you got into the industry?
Pristine: This is kind of crazy but I did not. And when I got into the industry, a girl reached out to me and said, ‘We’d love to shoot you for Playboy and Penthouse.’ And I thought it was going to be just photos so where ever I came into the industry, I did not know it was going to be videos. I don’t watch videos. In fact, if I ever came across porn, it was photos on the internet and I liked that. I never watched videos. I did webcam sometimes with an ex-boyfriend.
CJ: When a guy pops, where do you prefer it?
Pristine: My tits. Always! They’re great!
CJ: Are you a swallower?
Pristine: I used to be. I will swallow if the shoot calls for it but I love watching it on my tits.
CJ: Are you a size queen? Do you like huge cocks?

In my personal life, I can do it for a little bit and then be done with that and move on.
CJ: When you webcammed, what was the strangest request you received?
Pristine: I’ve been asked to make a custom video of fucking a teddy bear. I’ve had some crazier ones since then but that was my first strange request and it stands out to me. Now, I’m whatever, I would grind a teddy bear in a video.
CJ: What do you look for in a guy off-camera?
Pristine: Whenever I date men, I date with intentions. If I go on dates, I’m looking at where could this go because my time is so valuable between family and work. So, if I’m going to date somebody, knowing this man’s lifestyle, I think about how it would factor into my life. If it’s a guy that I truly, genuinely see that he just wants to live his life and have fun, I love that for him but it doesn’t go with what I need.
CJ: If you weren’t in porn, what would you be doing right now?
Pristine: Acting in some form. I would have always been in film no matter what. Right now, I’m studying psychology so it might be in the psychological field.
CJ: Do you ever get recognized in public?
Pristine: I have and I don’t even think I’m that well known, to be honest. I’ve been recognized quite a few times. I’ve been recognized in a casino quite a few times. I don’t know if you’re aware but here in Vegas, they don’t give you all the money back when you’re ready to cash out. If it’s less than $1, they don’t give you the change. So, I had this little ticket that had 30 cents on it and I didn’t want to waste it so I handed it to this guy. I had a date with me that day and I hand this guy the ticket and he goes, ‘Hey! Where do I know you from?’ I just said, ‘I have one of those faces!’ And you could see his face drop because he recognized me in that moment. And my date started laughing, he got a kick out of it. I also get recognized in airports, maybe 3 at the most.
CJ: What have you learned about yourself sexually in porn?
Pristine: I’ve learned more boundaries being in the industry. Before, I was lenient and didn’t know how to say no to people. But now I do. Being in the industry, I found my voice. And I’ve learned to take the reigns and take control and have the kind of sex that I like.
CJ: What are you like off-camera? When you have free time, what do you do for fun?
Pristine: I’m such a grandma. I smoke, I work out a lot, I go for long walks with my family and I read.
CJ: What kind of music do you like?
Pristine: I don’t have a favorite kind of music. I listen to classical music a lot around my house.
CJ: What’s your favorite TV shows?
Pristine: Friends. If I want to watch TV, I want to unwind. I don’t want to watch shows that give me anxiety or makes me stress out.
CJ: What’s your favorite food?
Pristine: I love chicken. Grilled chicken is my absolute favorite. And I like poached eggs and oatmeal.
CJ: What’s the wildest or kinkiest thing you’ve ever done?
Pristine: I guess just the location of where I’ve had sex. In a convertible with the top down on the side of a road. And at a bar with my ex-boyfriend in a bathroom.
