Let’s get it out of the way immediately, Katya is the younger sister of Veronica Rodriguez. You can see the resemblance but Katya is her own woman. I saw Katya perform and knew that I wanted to talk to this girl and that was before I knew about her relationship with Veronica. Captain Jack: Tell me about Katya Rodriguez.
Katya Rodriguez: I was born in Mexico and I came to the United States when I was 8 months. I was raised in Chicago. I was there my whole life and finally came out to LA. I decided to join the porn industry when I was camming. I was comfortable in front of the camera and I decided to join the porn industry because I wanted to see how it would go. I was only going to come to LA for 2 weeks to try it out and I ended up staying longer because everything went well for me. I liked it. Anyways, my sister, Veronica Rodriguez, helped me and guided me to join the porn industry. She did not force me and she did not say, ‘Hey! You have to do porn!’ I reached out to her. CJ: How old are you?
Katya: I’m 20.
CJ: Veronica is your older sister, right?
Katya: Yes.
CJ: How long have you been shooting?
Katya: I’ve been shooting for 8 months.
CJ: When did you find out that your sister was in porn?
Katya: I found out right away. Right when she joined the industry. She didn’t tell everyone but she told a few. She didn’t tell me but I ended up finding out. CJ: Obviously, I know where you came up with ‘Rodriguez’. How did you come up with ‘Katya’?

CJ: So what was your first scene like? You weren’t really that sexually experienced and then you have all these people around. Were you intimidated? Nervous? Turned on?
